Premiere August 2024
Performing at TO THE MØØN 6 Oct. 2024
HAV /SEA is a unique experience, where the food is part of the story. It is a dance, a concert, an exhibition. We challenge the format, and work with space, movement, time and depth. We look forward to inviting you to the table and serving a cascade of GLIMSES and TASTY moments
The Bohemian Hall and the Sugar House form the setting for the performance, and we are very much looking forward to inviting you inside the universe that emerges in the beautiful spaces.
Our magical planet holds the opportunity to move away from everything and everyone in a very short time. By sailing out to sea. Just after 2-3 nautical miles, the coast you sailed from begins to disappear behind the horizon and you find yourself totally alone in the violence of the elements.
Despite this loneliness, we continue to share fate with countless other individuals. We all want to unfold our potentials, love, live, dream, create, multiply. We are human beings. We are part of a human ocean.
Maybe we are like the small fish in the huge shoal. We don't really know that we are forming the most incredible formations, we just move in relation to the nearest side fish. How can a small fish like me make this huge shoal form a different image.

REVIEW:
It is rare to experience such a beautiful symbiosis. It is not dance to music or music to dance. The music and the dance are like one breath that is drawn around us. And it is a happiness to be in the magical space that the fusion of the two constitutes. We are invited out to sea, where we either sink or slide on. Perhaps we tread water or we swim on - and move from tableau to tableau inside the huge hall, before we end up in a large circle in the middle, where the dining culminates - so does the performance.
